The Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra and the St. Peter's United Methodist Church Choir have joined forces to present Mozart's Requiem in just three days! This is a unique opportunity to hear a beautiful piece of music performed by talented musicians. If you have ever been intrigued by the genius of Mozart or have never heard the Requiem in person, you should not miss this concert!

The auction will feature goods and services from local businesses as well as items hand-made by orchestra members and volunteers, and the blog will showcase items as they become available. The Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra is very pleased to announce the 2011 Silent Auction! The auction will take place during "A Night at the Movies," the final concert of the season on May 22, 2011. A variety of goods and services from businesses around Houston and Fort Bend will be featured, as well as handcrafted items from orchestra members and volunteers. All items will appear on this blog as they are donated. We appreciate very much the generosity both from those who donate and those that attend our concerts that enables the FBSO to continue to bring our performances to the community.
